We just finished enjoying our second A5 ribeye. Once again, it was amazing. Simple preparation of two minutes each side with only salt and pepper and then a little compound butter while it’s resting. It melts in your mouth with tremendous beef flavor. We know it’s a splurge, but if we’re investing our money and calories in a steak, we want it to be the best and this one is.
