These sleeves are amazing. No more having to make ice packs fit in my knees and wrist. They are true to size and so convenient. Highly recommend.

I liked the idea of this pack because I have thumb and wrist pain. It’s comfortable enough on the hand but it’s very loose at the wrist. I wish there was a more specific size chart that made the whole pack fit more snug.
