Back Relief Lumbar Pillow

Exactly as described. I am five foot one inch and work chairs are not comfortable for my size. I love the cushions. Great back support and comfortable sitting for long periods at work.

It's honestly just okay for using in the car. It gives me more back support than my carseat does, but it moves around and needs to be readjusted and doesn't fully protect my lumbar with the bulging disc situation that I have. I think I might need a smaller, more minimal, but more supportive lumber thing. Not sure what that it just yet.

I didn't realize how much I was stressing my back by leaning forward in my work chair. This cushion provides support and reminds me to correct my posture. I love it.
