I purchased these insoles for my four grandsons that play soccer. They have all told me that their shoes are more comfortable and that they feel less stress on their feet and legs. They have told me that they helpful with pivots and turns and they feel quicker.

No problem with breaking them in…

The insoles felt pretty good right off, including playing high level (MLP Champions Series) pickleball. The more I wore them though, the more I noticed what seemed like a subtle bump around the metatarsal arch where I have had issues with for a long time. Podiatrist called it overloading syndrome. I walk 5 miles/day and play a lot of pickleball. Metatarsal arch pads have helped if I place them lower, just between the longitudinal arch and the metatarsal arch. Maybe this could be incorporated in some (at least) of your insoles. Just thought.

The first order we got didnt fit the shoe they reached out to me quick to get everything situated great customer service will be buying alot more from them my sons love the VKs
