Customs Brokerage Fee Not Communicated at Time of Purchase

The product is great but I give it one star because I was very disappointed to receive an invoice in the mail from UPS with a customs brokerage fee that was not communicated to me at the time of purchase. This was an added $9.12 that I hadn't budgeted for.
