Opinion
The only problem i have with the soles is that they take up some space inside the sneaker so in every sneaker i out then in now the sneaker has become more snug, in some running shoes i feel like my foot is a bit less in the sneaker.

Outstanding Inserts
I love them, they helped me drop about 2 mins on my 2.25 miles. I went from about 20:45 to 18:38. Also like how easy i can take them from one pair of running shoe to another. I've already recommended these to my Army buddies.
