Too loose, doesn’t stay hot—but a really good and needed idea.

I like the idea of this item, but it’s a bit loose (had to find a way to tighten it for my head. And it doesn’t stay hot long enough.

It makes an excellent chin strap that keeps my mouth from being open when using my cpap machine. Wife uses hers to quite headahes.

I love these things

I now think I have every theraICE item. My husband jokes that we have no room in the freezer. I’m in 54, active so my body can be sore at the end of the day, I slip on a TheraIce before bed and tada, no pain the next day. Ice packs aren’t the same, these hug your sore spot, LOVE LOVE
