solid protection, but ease of use needs improvement

the socks design to put on can make putting on a bit challenging, and may not work well on a hot day w/o air conditioning. the material is durable, I appreciate that, but also sweating can become an issue, and over time may cause secondary issues. The parts we do like: non-marking on a pair of white socks, no residual odor after training, fairly light weight

This brace is secure. I haven't had any issue whether it feels like I'm gonna sprain my ankle since I started wearing the brace. You can also forget it's there.

My daughter thinks the better guard 3.0 is ok, she just thought she would have more ankle support and tighter compression. She's a 5'4" college basketball player and the small size is still a little big. I think you should as a XS size.
