It’s a certified game changer! Expensive. But I now have increased mobility without an increase in pain. I am sooo happy with these ankle guards and pretty impressed.

I was exicted to try these for my race this weekend, but the UPS driver left me the empty box. Very upset, but hope the UPS store makes it right and gets ride of their thief of a delivery driver. My ring door bell has everything on tape. I will let you know my thoughts of this product once I receive them. Thanks.

Restarted my running workouts

BG 3.0 helped me regain confidence in running again! Product works really well in that I feel confident in running on uneven ground. I’m sure this is a unique set of circumstances but the piston rests where I have protruding hardware and so while I walk, I can feel a slight amount of uncomfortable pressure but once I start running I don’t notice it. Either way, I have recommended this to several people with ankle injuries and will continue to!
