Cold but Flexible

I like that they are appropriately cold, but flexible enough to wrap around a joint. I do wish each kind came in a different color so I could easily pull the "Elbow" wrap out instead of my "Knee" wrap. At least a different colored zip bag.

Package never arrived. Never received any notifications or other communications. On top of that, I can’t even figure out how to contact anyone for a refund. I have a migraine relief cap and a knee sleeve from TheraICE, both of which get a lot of use, so I trust this company. I’m assuming this is Shop App’s fault.
