Sleep & Recover

Im not sure whats going on with this recent batch, but the individual gel capsules have a strong chemical taste to them. Other than the taste, they still seem to be working fine. Im sleeping better than I was, so truthfully, I shouldn’t let a little chemical taste affect me.

Its only beer a few days, so I will give it a 3/5 for now. I will come back and add to this review in a week.

I've just started using this product and so far the results have been great. Restful sleep and waking up refreshed and ready to go. I wish it was not a four pill serving but I guess to get in what needs to be included this is necessary.
