As good as Sayaka

After trying Sayaka I didn’t think this would live up to its flavour … I was wrong. It’s less umami but it’s sweet, creamy and there’s a very slight bitterness that makes lattes just as good if not better than Sayaka ! You can’t go wrong with ippodo… I’ve been spoiled

I normally use the Sayaka blend from ippodo but I decided to try one of their more affordable options and get a larger bag. Just as good as Sayaka, has a great bold flavor and works great for stong matcha lattes!

A great matcha and worth it

The matcha has almost no harshness and is extremely smooth. We have been taste testing other matcha side by side, with and without sweeteners and this matcha was always just better in every way.
