This is the perfect matcha for lattes. It’s earthy without being too overpowering. I like and buy multiple different matcha varieties from Ippodo. This is my go to favorite!

Great Matcha. You can really tell the difference between the different Strains. Ikuyo is a great middle ground price and quality wise, highly recommend if you can nab the 100gram pouches before they sell out!
