Shoike Sencha

Ippodo has not failed to deliver with their sencha options. I opted for this offering as the one I had before was out of stock. This sencha is full-bodied and crisp, with a nice mouthfeel. I brew at 180 C for around 2 or 3 minutes every time, with little bitterness. I most certainly will be a repeat customer.
