Fantastic!
Nothing is more cozy than a hot cup of houjicha in the evening or even before bed. Low caffeine content places it right next to herbal. But far from herbal, it’s the tea from the tea plant we know and love, enhanced by the roasting process which renders it irresistibly inviting and comforting. Roasting is what makes coffee beans so great. Roasting is also what makes tea leaves so great in the case of houjicha. My absolute favorite!
