Good Quality

I ordered a few things from this website for my friend as a Christmas present. She seems to like it, which is good. I wa trying to find a good quality matcha and matcha set for her. I got the order and everything was good. I got the matcha wisk, bowl, strainer, sifter, and a small can of matcha. Like I said, everything seemed good, but that was until I opened the box the ceramic bowl came in, it was completely broken, so I emailed them and got a replacement after sending a few pictures and answering some questions,the process was easy. I should mention, when I emailed about the broken bowl, they sent a link for live chat rather then email, it was fine though, no issues. I do like that they have all natural matcha and that there are so many options, especially for beingers. Overall, it seems to be good quality and they have great customer service, I would recommend ordering from them, just be careful about offering a bowl.
