a delicate, creamy, delicious matcha. not as bold in a latte as soukou (the other matcha i’ve tried from kettl), but still really good for an everyday matcha. it’s super smooth and buttery. i find kettl’s tasting notes to be pretty accurate and the smoothness and delicate flavor are indeed reminiscent of cashew to me!
