Tdlr: sayaka and ummon comparison

Ive been trying out different matcha brands and ippodo has been pretty much up there on the list. I do favor sayaka a tad more for the sweet and nutty after taste, but ummon is for someone who has a more refined palate and can appreciate all the notes of matcha.

Marvelous Matcha

I had purchased a matcha tea whisk, strainer and bowl in a lovely light green color prior to receiving the matcha tea. I followed the recipe and felt like I was having a tea celebration. The tea was delicious and smooth. I am very happy with my purchase.

Delicious tea

I have always enjoyed the bold taste of this tea. A real umami bomb. I just wish I could get it in a 20 g can. A 40 g can has too much tea for me to use in 25 or 30 days. After that, the tea starts to go stale. Or if I go on vacation the same thing. Usually all good, but occasionally not so good.
