The UFO Zero was my original concept for the circular bread lame, the very first UFO. I had 1950s sci-fi on the brain, some engineering ideas, and a lot of my mother's card games. It's a long story! Every circular lame you see today traces back to this shape, and the UFO Zero is still designed and made by us in our small Connecticut shop.
