Delicious and versatile
I SO love the chocolate Ka'Chava. It's my favorite. This is THE best drink for vegans like me that sometimes need to grab a quick beverage to supplement their diets. This is creamy, never chalky, and so complete. I particularly like some of the recipes posted!

Good yest good for you
Our son and daughter inlaw got us started on these and we really like them. Have one every lunch time. We are elderly and need to eat properly and we just don't. These help us get our vitamins and minerals. Can't wait to try some other flavors.

Fills Me Up
This definitely has a “protein powder” taste, but it has so many positive things going on that I can get over that one negative.
