Kava root is fantastic! It's great for anxiety, stress, even helps to relax you at night before bed. It doesn't make you sleeping, it helps you to relax. It's quiets your mind. Great stuff! I always keep a bottle on hand and Gaia brand of anything, is the absolute best!

Love It!
I have been using Kava Root for years. I love it. It works great for me. I have a very stressful job, sometimes I need a little help to relax or sleep. This is my go to every time I need it product. I love the fact I can see where it came from. I'm more than pleased Gaia is an American company. I trust them and I trust their Kava.

Great product but website price is a tad high
I pay 22$ per bottle at a health food store down the street, so 32$ on the website seemed ridiculous. With a 20% discount code it was more affordable, but I really think the pricing options should be more fair.
