Great Product....at a high price.

This product is excellent. I started using it about 9 years ago upon recommendation by my doctor. The effects definitely build over time with consistent use. This product has always been more costly and it has greatly increased over the years. The one qualm I have with this product is the high price per bottle, as well as the bottle only contains 15 doses/days of use according to the instructions....enough to last only two weeks. There are approximately 30 days in each month, so essentially this product costs around $60 PER MONTH. As I stated earlier, it is most effective with consistent use so taking as needed is not an option.

Helps me stay alert

Keeps me alert and no brain fog. When I omit them from my daily use, I noticed a difference and ordered more. Gaia uses quality ingredients and my body/health responds well to herbs.
