Since I’ve been using this product my mind feels lest foggy. There’s a clarity of thought and vision… I can sense there is focus since if been taking it. Finding a true peace of mind…

Need some more detail, like maybe a result or end state.

I've found that this helps more and more each week. Should I stop using it for a day/week to take a break?

Seems to help with deep restful sleep. Tried other brands, Gaia’s is the best.
