Unfortunately, I developed an allergy to the ingredients in this product. For some reason I experience a sensation , whenever I use the product, which disrupts my sleep.

Okay product.

I have taken this product for a couple months and I think it helps somewhat but I’m not overly impressed.

Unexpected pleasure

Surpasses all expectations. Tried several brands and found Gaia through my local health store.
