I take IT because sometimes I drink too much coffee and I get cramps, so I compensate then with this delight. It's very good even when I do the workouts. Thank you!

Not for me

I'm sure this is a good quality product, but I had a strange reaction when I took it. I felt light headed and a bit of hives and decided that magnesium malate might not be right for me. Am taking other suppliements from SE and find them to be a great company.

Single ingredient no fillers!

I have MCAS and magnesium malate is supposed to be the best tolerated but we MCAS suffers have a lot of issues with fillers so glad to find a supplement without fillers and love how easy it is to adjust the dosing unlike pills.
