Excellent B12
I have a hard time using the standard methyl- B12 supplements. This form works very well for me and is so easy to take. I highly recommend.

Perfect for those who don't need the methylated B12
Some of us, genetically, don't do as well with methylated B12 as we do with other forms. This is a perfect blend for us. One practitioner has several supplements that she recommends on arising, and one is B12 supplementation.

Works great!
I bought this form of B-12 because with MTHFR even some of the methylcobalamine supplements would react weird with me. This one doesn’t!!! And it works great! Really love these supplements!
