Switched to SH trace minerals II

Living with a chronic condition means absorption is not always optimal for me. Trace minerals make a difference in my life. This is my first time getting my trace minerals from a SH product. I use many of their other products, so I figured I would make the switch. Right now, I am having to dial in iron and copper a bit more, so I appreciate that this complex gives me the flexibility to do that. Also, these have been very gentle on my stomach. No tummy upset at all.
