Violinist's Guide to the Five String

Excellent service

I've found very few resources out there specifically about the 5-string violin. This book consists of music and exercises that utilize the low C string. There is very little in the way of introduction or discussion about playing a 5-string vs 4-string violin, leading one to wonder if there's any additional technique unique to this instrument. For anyone trying to assemble a body of material for the 5-string, this is a good resource.
