My String was delivered in a timely manner. After my D'Addario Kaplan Non-Whistling Aluminum Wound Violin E String was installed my sound problem was gone. I'm very pleased with my new E string and the great service from fiddlershop.

Best non whistling string; I've tried warchal but this song is warm and it projects with a precision; I have it on a set with Pi strings as the E strings snap no matter what from old age/wear tear/pressure/temperature changes.
