Diamond GX Violin

Beautiful sound!

I have a Luma Coda bow which I have liked and used for many, but in doing a bow trial I found this Diamond GX to have a feel that I connected with. It has more weight to it, which gives me the ability to know where my bowing hand is at, it has a responsiveness that helps in string changes, and it gives a clear strong tone, (so if you want to be quieter or softer you have to try), but you still can play soft. The wonderful thing with Coda Bow is the opportunity to try out bows, so if sounds like a bow you would like take the chance and try it out, you just might find your new favorite bow like I did!

Great performance bow

Has a good feel, tracks true. Good tone on violin, actually got rid of a wolf tone on the G and D that was present with my other composite bows by another brand, and even better than my fine 1890s French bow on this particular violin. Highly recommend!

I'm not a pro

I'm an amateur. Although I've been playing for a long time, I'm not very good. It doesn't matter, though, because I do it for enjoyment. I bought this bow not only for the pleasure of treating myself to a nice gift, but also to discover new sensations. This bow offers me greater sensitivity and control. I'm not disappointed.
