Nice flavor.
I do like this parsley root. It has a good flavor. Every seed sprouted and they are growing great. (zone 5 Maine). I made a chicken stew with it and it was delicious.

Can't buy this locally
I am so happy with these seeds. I planted them in a raised bed in early June in Zone 5 Maine. Harvested the first week of November and I am thrilled. Some roots were a little spindly where I didn't thin them enough, but most filled out nicely. Strong plants with no damage at all. I can't buy root parsley locally and have not had any in years. Excellent flavor. Will grow every year.
