So, the first thing anyone needs to know about Pink Celery, or Cleery seed is that it's small, not quite Portulaca small but it can be difficult to get just one seed in any given cell. Second, that you barely cover it with soil, and it seems bottom heat and humidity are key. It's not fast to germinate and it's temperature sensitive once it's up. Out of the packet or two I ordered I got five plants. I'm not heartbroken about the low number, Pink Celery was an experiment after all. My plants are maybe two or three inches high and look like little tiny celery-columbine hybrids but in a few months they might be something really photogenic. I've found that if you can get them to their true leaves the rest is pretty easy. By the way, I'm in Zone 8A in NC. I would recommend this seed to any Gardner with a bit of skill under their belt so to speak. I definitely will order this again.
