Early Giant Leek (95 Days)

They did great even though I had such a late start

very nice leek for winter storage

We have grown Early Giant Leeks from Pinetree for several years, planting in flats in early spring, and growing out until being kept under row cover until harvest, right before the ground freezes,( hopefully, ha ha), and stored in our root cellar. I brought in a nice handful this morning for lunch soup, February 19 and they are storing quite well.
