Plan ahead, order now....
So often, I wait too late to order my garlic, including Elephant garlic... often sold out by mid-summer, so order early for next summer's crop of cloves. This was first year of ordering from Territorial, and was very pleased. Received 10 large healthy firm cloves (ordered one pound) that I planted in November (zone 8a). Foliage has emerged strong from all cloves (100%), so anticipating good harvest next summer.

Elephant Barlic...Never Forget it
Elephant Garlic takes a good thing and makes it bigger. If he size doesn't impress you, or how easy it is to peel, or how much garlic you can get from dicing up a single clove, then I'm not sure what to tell you. The cloves, depending on how early you plant your garlic and how well you fertilize it, can usually be measured in inches. The flavor is mild and these jumbo sized cloves are excellent for roasting and devouring.

Elephant garlic thrives in North Texas, producing large, mild-flavored bulbs that are easy to grow and harvest. Its adaptability to the region's climate, combined with its unique mild taste, makes it a fantastic choice for both novice and experienced gardeners. We have been purchasing Territorial garlic bulbs for many years, and they are consistently fresh, large, and easy to grow.
