Works great but it’s the support that matters.

The element fit my machine perfectly. What stands out far more than this part is the expert, willing and endlessly patient support provided by Sam in teaching me how to repair this machine. I have fixed many problems with various machines over the years under his direction and he has always provided the same level of invaluable support.
