Why ‘Excellent’? Because Chris Coffee was the -only- company that stocks and sells the ‘Thermal Fuse’ for Ulka Vibratory Espresso Pumps, which are the pump utilized in the majority of home/pro-sumer espresso machines. The ‘fuse’ protects the pump from overheating, HOWEVER, it was not available from any of the bigger online coffee & espresso internet companies!
