Hi-Keeper Onion

Not a keeper for me.

Bought with Walla Walla seed as an overwintering keeper. Never heard of such a thing, and thought I'd give it a try--something, as it turns out, I will most likely never do again. Of all seeds, alliums are among the most notorious for not keeping--really only viable for one year unless given special care and attention, which the one's I bought apparently didn't get; germination less than 50%., and the ones that were sent to replace them did even worse, unfortunately. Thank you, for your quick response on those replacements, Territorial; you have great customer service and stand behind your product. I appreciate that; but, If I WERE to try these again, I'd buy them early to insure they were kept under proper conditions and had good viability before sowing.

Package of seeds arrived promptly and in good condition. Looking forward to planting in August and overwintering as suggested.
