When my tree arrived it was well packaged and the roots appeared still very moist in the packaging. It already had some leaves starting to come out even. I planted it the next day and watered in to settle the soil, and kept the ground moist for the first week. After 4 weeks in the ground the leaves have come out even more and the tree looks very happy and healthy.

My tree was well packaged in a 4 ft box, with moist packing around the root. Came at the right season for planting, and very good instructions and video on how to plant on their website.
