Amla Powder

Worthy of a second purchase when this package is gone.

I did a lot of research before purchasing Amla powder, and I'm glad I chose this product from Terrasoul. I trust the brand, and it's easy to buy direct. The powder has a slight citrus taste. To ease into using this, I mix 1/4 teaspoon to roughly 6 oz. of water and let it sit for a minute or two to help it dissolve, stirring a few times. That ratio doesn't leave too much grit at all. I drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. So far I've had no real digestive issues to speak of. It's only been a few weeks since using this product, but I have noticed less sugar cravings and inflammation.

Amla powder was purchased to help lower cholesterol. The product tastes very fresh, especially compared to what I could find in local stores. I put a little in lemonade and it mixes in pretty well. The price was good and delivery was timely. I would definitely order amla powder from TerraSoul again.

I am hust starting this, so I will let you know. I definetly loved the price on this item. Looking forward to the results.
