Coconut Flour

I am pleased with the product, and I could see myself reordering it. . .

Excellent texture and quality in my opinion. I used this with the Terrasoul cassava flour to make cookies and they complimented each other very well. I'm very picky about the products I buy, and did not notice any metallic-y aftertaste when using these flours.

Finding organic coconut flour is quite a success! I always go directly to Terrasoul for organic flours and nuts and am never disappointed. Organic is critical in our very poisoned food supply!
