Ceylon Cinnamon Powder

I’ve read about ‘True Cinnamon 'for several years and decided to order a package. The consistency is so powdery that a little goes a long way. The flavor is not what was expected. Bitter came to mind immediately at which time I guessed a sweetener of some kind was the immediate difference from other cinnamons (ie. Saigon) I usually have used. Quality is obvious to the integrity of Terrosol, I have no doubts about that. For now I continue to use the powder in my morning smoothies with the addition of Manuka honey or maple syrup.

Ceylon cinnamon is the best you can buy, and this powder is delicious with a great consistency that blends well into anything. I love how it uplevels my morning chia pudding.

The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t dissolve well. Any suggestions?
