This superfood checks all the boxes! I put in our breakfast smoothies, and adds to the smoothie it's creaminess and sweetness. Along with other Terrasoul powders. It's a fine powder and is high in quality. Which is a great addition to our smoothies. I highly recommend it. Plus it does what it says it does.
