Mesquite Powder

This mesquite is wonderful. Fine ground and not fiberous. I love it on popcorn for the sweet to balance the salt and other seasoning. Would buy again and trying to find more ways to use it. Cookies and a sauce for veggie burgers. Maybe a caramel for ice cream with lucama powder!

Great in our meat rubs

It gives the perfect mesquite flavor to our meat rubs. Especially when we make jerky! We never cook without it.
