Great taste and a good size for my needs for recipes, this nutritional yeast product is a healthy addition to my diet.

When I transitioned from being a vegetarian to a vegan 10+ years ago, not only did I really miss the taste of cheese but I was also worried about my B12 levels. With Terrasoul's fortified Nutritional Yeast, I get to indulge in its cheesy flavor (love coating my black beans with it) while also getting my daily dose of vitamins and minerals that many vegans lack or have to take supplements in pill form to obtain. So glad I found this product and love eating it every day of the week. Seriously, never get tired of it!
