Hero Noodles Penne

The cheddar biscuits did get moldy a few days after I had them, but I guess I did not follow the correct instructions by putting them in the freezer, but Jeff was very kind and quickly sent me a replacement batch!

I ordered hero bread and Penne noodles, because I’m trying to stay away from whole wheat so I can lower my blood glucose levels. The taste was excellent, however I was surprised at the high level of carbohydrates. I do understand that the type of carbohydrate in Hero noodles is different than whole wheat carbohydrates where it is processed through the liver at a much slower rate, therefore not spiking sugar levels. I also learned that the products are baked in olive oil, opposed to the past where they were baked in canola oil. That’s a big positive which brought me back to Hero products.

The website is so easy to use, I love the fact that I can get my subscription sent to me every month without having to worry about it. The products are the best I’ve ever had. I have been on keto for almost 10 years and these products have made all the difference.
