OMG its the BEST oilive oil ive ever tasted. You can definitely taste the quality. It tastes earthy and has that peppery finish. You definitely know it is quality. And they sent it in a tube that keeps it the light off of the bottle. Wonderful product, I will be re-ordering and will probably look to give these as Christmas gifts in the upcoming holiday.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. Based on the description and other reviews, I expected a bold, peppery olive oil that reflected its high polyphenol content. Unfortunately, the batch I received had none of that peppery characteristic—it tasted very mild and did not match what was advertised.
Considering this olive oil is far from inexpensive, I expected much better quality and consistency. To make matters worse, I was unable to return the two additional unopened bottles, which was extremely frustrating.
I had high hopes for this product, but my experience did not justify the price. I hope the company improves its quality control and offers a more customer-friendly return policy.

I love this Olivea oil. It’s my first time buying this high of polyphenol. I was told and even on the reviews said it is bitter, yes it’s a little bitter but I have had worse tasting olive oil and it wasn’t that good for you.
I have found once there’s some balsamic vinegar or lime/lemon juice, capers, salt/pepper, whatever you mix with it to make your dressing that bitterness goes away. I’ll get a shot of olivea and some lime little salt and drink it. So Freaking good
