I must have 5 (or more) different olive oil brands in my pantry. They’re all suitable for cooking or if combined with other ingredients, but I wanted one that would be delicious on its own, swiped up with some crusty bread or drizzled on a salad. This is the one. And please go ahead and order the balsamic while you’re at it because it’s the perfect pairing. It has just enough body that it doesn’t run all over the plate and the flavor is out of this world.

I love this olive oil. I find it well balanced. The light peppery flavor is a nice touch. I have used iit in salads, as a dip and cooking.

A delight to consume. the rich smooth texture with back throat spike adds value to the quality. I would definitely purchase this product again. There is no lingering aftertaste.
