Dark Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Kochere - Roasted Coffee

The best I've ever had.

At 78 I have drank alot of coffee. Stumbling onto Fresh Roast is the best accident in drinking coffee history. Smooth, strong with no bite. Need I say more.

The Dark Ethiopian blend was very fine, one pot and it’s not gonna need much tweaking . The medium blend was not as rich but I have only made one pot and need to experiment. I have tried half and half blend of the beans but that too was not satisfactory just an okay pot of coffee. I think I will probably just stick to the dark roast.

I've been drinking a local brew of this roast. Recently learned that I needed to avoid moldy products. This roast does the job for me.
