A local restaurant once provided lava salt with their bread. Since then, my husband and I have been looking for a similar product. We were ecstatic to find it on the Gneiss Spice website and we loved that the company promoted sustainability. This salt is perfect on bread and butter, or if you want to add a little something to a bagel or eggs in the morning.
