We have been using Sunfiber in conjunction with a probiotic for years to treat my daughter's functional constipation. It is very easy to mix with no grit and very little taste (most people probably wouldn't taste it at all, she's very sensitive). I was thrilled to find the 90 day option for this product. So far, so good! Taking Sunfiber based on doc suggestion

I started taking Sunfiber at the suggestion of my GI doctor. I have celiac disease, and based on my overall symptoms and GI challenges (even when on a gluten free diet // sometimes due to cross contamination), she suggested this would be a good complement to my diet. Sunfiber dissolves easily in whatever I'm drinking in the morning--a protein shake off the shelf and kefir have been my go-tos typically. There's no change in taste as far as I can tell, and there's no clumping or buildup as long as I stir reasonably well for maybe 5-10 seconds. It's rare to find something that's easy to integrate into existing habits without any drawbacks or things that make it annoying even from time to time. It's hard to say whether it's helped my digestion, but it certainly hasn't hurt. Definitely may have helped--but I feel like with all my challenges, I'll know more about that after consistent usage and monitoring over ~6 months or more. But I'm convinced enough by the complete lack of negatives + my doctor's suggestion to give it a long-term go!

Adding this fiber to my coffee every morning has been a no-brainer. I only wish my doc had recommended it sooner. Love it!
