i’ve been taking for 2 weeks straight & notice no difference so far. hoping with more time i will notice anything. also, the taste is pretty bad. i mixed it in my coffee the first time & it ruined my coffee. i had a lot more success with adding it in to any herbal tea instead. it’s a lot better that way & there’s always a grainy residue at the bottom of the cup. full update still pending.

Same ingredients as more affordable products and these gave me a terrible stomach ache
