Changing Grinders Meant a Change in Bean
Changing grinders from a Ceàdo E37s to an OZIK Bold means that I obtain a MUCH finer and consistent grind. This tends to put forward the roastiness of darker roasts (like the Jaguar blend I was using). The Dipsea blend meets my desire for traditional espressos and lattés (and pourovers, etc.) without going too far toward the currently-popular light roasts (which I find generally to be a bit too sour). All of the promised characteristics of the Dipsea blend shine through.

Our go to espresso
Our household loves to try different equator espressos every now and then, but we always come back to this one. :)

Super Yummy, Complex But Always Gulpable
Dipsea Espresso is our new favorite. For a simple espresso shot or cappuccino or a long pull “Americano” there’s a lot of complexity (more spiciness going on than in Equator Mocha Java) but zero bitterness, no matter how you brew it.
